Store Manager Job available with Cosmetics Brand in Mall of Africa, Johannesburg. The Store Manager position is responsible for maximizing sales and ensuring the effective operation of all store activities, through effective merchandise and inventory management, operating cost control and people management. The position is responsible for meeting set personable sales objectives as well as for projecting the company’s vision and mission statement and image through effective customer service and visual presentation techniques.

Requirements:
- Must have Matric.
- A Make-up Artistry Diploma or Certificate.
- 3 to 5 year’s Cosmetic retail experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Retail Store Manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Must be sales focused with a proven sales track record.
- A thorough & practical grasp of the day to day management of a store.
- Strong problem solving skills and proven ability to use your own initiative.
- Knowledge and ability to effectively apply company strategy/ policy/ procedure at store level.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Ability of manage a functional team.

Salary: R13,000 CTC a month (Standard deductions apply; PAYE, UIF, Medical Aid & Pension)
