Store Manager Retail - FMCG

Responsibilities:

Overall accountability for the day to day running of the business (ie a store).
Works closely with the district manager when agreeing sales/profitability targets.
Consults the district manager on all non-routine decisions e.g. increase in labour hours; a specific marketing campaign; promotions to retail manager training programmes; reinvestment in the business i.e. refurbishment.
Weekend and evening work as required to meet the needs of the business.
Experience

ESSENTIAL: Proven experience in a retail /restaurant environment in a management role involving the management of people.
Proven experience in a retail or restaurant environment including solid experience in a supervisory or assistant manager experience in a retail/food/beverage environment.
Completed barista an advantage
Supervisory and retail manager in training courses
