Requirements:
• Grade 12 with Mathematics
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification Business Administration etc
• 5 years Retail experience
• 5 years Store Management experience
• Experience in Managing Sales, Staff in a Retail Environment
• Computer Literate
• Valid Drivers License is essential
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Able to handle difficult customers

Duties:
• Develop store sales in order to achieve commercial targets
• After sales - manage repairs, return of detective goods in accordance with the companies policy
• Motivate and Discipline staff when required
• Train and ensure staff attend training offered
• Monitor leave etc
• Order stock
• Receipt stock
• Order stationery
• Check shop fittings, lights, signage etc
• Monitor store expenses
• Ensure clients are helped timeously
• Sort out complaints
• Ensure good paper flow in store
• Oversee the cleaning of the store
