Responsibilities may include the following tasks but not limited to:

Stock Management in Stores:

• Signing in of faulty stock received from field engineers and Issuing of faulty stock to suppliers upon delivering to Stowe
• Highlighting any trends picked up with regards to faults/negligence
• Supplying paperwork to Cape Town HO for IR purposes and delivery of stock to suppliers
• Assisting with issuing and signing out of maintenance & projects stock to field engineers
• Capture stock received and movements on repaired stock received from suppliers in assetWISE
• Monthly Stock Taking and Reporting thereof
• Cleaning of Stock items before packing onto the shelves and ensuring correct stock items are packed under correct Oil Corporate on shelves
• Overall Neatness of Store Rooms
• Checking stock received from suppliers upon repairs / or receipt
• Checking if all units on shelves are complete with peripherals ie: Printer Covers / Ribbons / Cartridges / Cables etc.
• Escalation on items/units which are not complete
• Checks to be done Weekly and Loading of stock in Stowe vehicles which should be delivered to suppliers
• Ongoing checking of stock levels to prevent shortages
• Procurement reporting as and when requested and advising procurement team of deliveries received
• Driving for Procurement when no driver is available

Couriers & Consumables
• Co-ordination, reconciliation of Consumables orders and stock nationally
• Arrange courier collection of all required stock & consumables
• Follow up with recipient to see if shipment was received
