Local engineering company serving the South African market for over 20 years as a leading centrifugal pump manufacturer, is looking for a Storeman in Boksburg. They primarily serve the harsh conditions of the mining and petrochemical industry.
The main purpose of the job is to be responsible for the smooth and effective functioning of the stores. To execute the receiving and despatching of stock. Maintain effective stock control at all times. Administer all paperwork as per defined procedures.

Skills and Minimum Requirements:
• A Forklift license.
• Self-motivated, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough.
• Physically fit and able to pick up items of various weights

• Ability to modulate with a dynamic workload: From heavy multi-tasking during peak workloads - to very focused, detail-oriented work during critical projects.
• Team attitude: eager to cooperate with others with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis.

• Willing to put in extra effort and hours as needed.
• Computer Literate
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Experience working within an ISO quality plan.
