Our client in the mining sector is looking for a Repairs Administrator, the ideal candidate must have their own reliable transport.

Skills & Experience:
- Computer Literate – MS Office (Excel, Outlook etc.) – will need to work on other operating systems also (similar to SAP but not SAP). Will also need to do reports.
- Minimum 3 years administration experience in an environment that is dealing with technical products preferably (manufacturing, Civil works, mining industry)

Job Scope:
- Will be responsible for the following: Capturing & processing Orders, Capturing & processing collections, quoting, invoicing, ensuring products that needs to be repaired are repaired and delivered to client within given timeframe
- Person should be very strong in communication and coordination as they will need to ensure they liaise with all parties to get process done within timeframe.
a. Receive request from client
b. Quote client
c. Client provide purchase order
d. Administrator ensure product is checked in to our supplier
e. Ensure our supplier does analysis and repair (also manage quoting process between us and our supplier)
f. Ensure repaired product goes out to client
g. Invoice client
