Qualification:
BComm (Hons) and completed articles
CA (SA)

Skills & Experience:
Strong technical accounting expertise
Must have had experience managing a team of people
3-5 years’ experience preferably in a retail and/or auditing environment
Kerridge knowledge an advantage
Good understanding of operational systems
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Job Description:
You will be based at the Head Office and will be expected to visit and meet Store Managers at other branches in Cape Town. Travelling is required for this exciting opportunity.

Your responsibilities will include:
Direct report to the Finance Director
Supporting the stores on a financial level
Liaising with various levels of people from different backgrounds
Performing financial analytical reviews of financial figures and providing guidance on implementing procedures to improve cost controls
Assist with implementing policies and procedures to control risks identified by Internal Audit
Preparation of financial statements
Submission of income tax returns
Assisting with completion and review of store budgets
