STORES COORINATOR
Fair Cape Dairies, a progressive manufacturer of dairy products has an opportunity available for a Stores Coordinator at its facility situated in Killarney Gardens.

You will require:
? Knowledge and understanding of Warehouse Management and Supply Chain principles.
? Audit compliance, Inventory management
? Basic production and processing knowledge.
? Personnel and human resources practices.
? Analysis and interpretation of information, Problem identification.
? Concern for Safety
? Legislation and compliance with policies, procedures and standards.
? Solutions orientated, can-do attitude, self –motivated
? Excellent communication skills, (written and verbal)
? Excellent ability to plan, organise and prioritise with attention to detail.
? Proven ability to work under pressure, resolve problems and meet deadlines.
? Strong maths skills to compute weight, cost and other variables.
? Able to collect, maintain, evaluate data, summarise and write reports and recommend continuous improvement.
? Team player with high integrity, values and positive attitude.
? Provides constant communications of service issues to appropriate personnel and departments.
? Problem Solving mind set and goal driven.
? Fully conversant with forward and backward supply chain principles.
? Proven record of effective stock management and control.
? Ability to analyse stock variances and drill down to find route cause.
Minimum Requirements:
? Qualification in Logistics
? A minimum 5 years’ plus, working experience in Stores or similar environment, preferably in a Manufacturing/FMCG industry
? Proficient in computer software, such ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Preferably SAP experience or similar systems.
? To work shifts and weekends.
