Stores Supervisor required in Kathu – Northern Cape - for an Auto Electrical Distribution Company

Job Purpose Summary:

• Coordinating the driver/deliveries and or collections
• Assisting with stock packing
• Coordinating pickers and packers
• Store maintenance and cleaning as well as general housekeeping
• Communicate with clients on delivery times and dispatch numbers

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Assist with monthly cycle counts
• Picking orders for customers/installations
• Assist with perpetual stock counts on a daily basis/cycle counts
• Manage receiving and dispatching of goods from/to couriers
• Receiving of all scrap batteries
• Returning of scrap batteries to Head Office, with relevant documentation
• Ensuring housekeeping in store is always up to standard
• Coordinating driver deliveries and collections
• All return for credit documents
• Management of the Store Control
• Management of the overall image of the Store
• Assist with management of the stock take procedures
• Manage the Warranty process

Job Skills Required:

• Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• Email & Internet
• SAP experience (Advantageous)
• Strong administrative skills with administrative experience
• Good command of the English language
• Management and people skill
• Ability to enforce and mange processes and procedures
