Top elevator technical support services firm seeks Strategic Account Manager (Selling Technical Support Services). to manage and grow revenue in key strategic accounts .

Non-Negotiables (We will check):

* Selling technical support services to large corporates
* Experience with tier 1 customer such as: Banks, Insurance Companies, Telcos
* Understanding of SLAs
* Expertise in Contract Negotiations
* Driver, Analytical Personality
* Strategic Thinker - Land and Expand Account Strategy
* 5+ years selling to tier 1 strategic accounts
* 2+ years selling service level agreements

What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the elevator technical support services sector. All duties would take place in this context.

This role is in the Elevator Maintenance sector. All duties would take place in this context.

Manage Customer Relationship
* Manage tier 1 strategic accounts (Large Companies)
* Create new sales opportunities, progress and close
* Maintain accurate account information such as org charts, key players, spend etc...
* Develop account growth plan
* Develop key relationships on all levels
* Ensure account profitable

Leadership/People Management
* Build account team
* Motivate account team
* Co-ordinate key account activities

Compile regular reports such as:
* Key Sales Opportunities
* Progress on Sales Opportunities

Key Job Deliverables:

* Ensure customer satisfaction with SLA delivery
* Expand current SLA size
* Negotiate SLA contracts

Background work experience:

* 5+ years selling to tier 1 strategic accounts
* 2+ years selling service level agreements
* Technical qualification e.g. NDip/BSc
* Understanding SLAs and SLA agreements
* Understanding strategic accounts and how to grow them
* Ability to achieve challenging sales targets
* Adv: Elevator SLA agreements
