Implement goals of Strategic Sourcing in support of Strategic goals; Research and analyse markets, suppliers and commodities; Manage the Strategic Sourcing Portfolio of cost saving projects across multiple categories with special focus on medicines; Support initiatives that will exploit buying power of the Scheme and thereby reduce costs; Support Senior Manager: Strategic Sourcing in ensuring that the Strategic Sourcing Section achieves its objectives.

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related field; 3 years’ experience in a business related and/healthcare role; Project management and/negotiations experience will be advantageous; Knowledge of contract management within the Strategic Sourcing or Supply Chain environment would be advantageous; Understanding and application of Strategic sourcing procedures and Supply Chain management;
