Formulation and adaptation of the business strategy; Communicate and educate employees about the strategy; Ensure that all the business and support units are aligned with the business strategy; Identify and oversee management of strategic initiatives; Shape the agenda for the business strategy review meetings; and Design and report on the business' critical business measures.


Minimum 3 year Degree in Strategy Management, Business Management, Econometrics, Engineering or Healthcare etc. and relevant post graduate qualifications; Minimum 3 years of experience in a business, strategic or operational support role directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified (management consulting experience from a top tier consulting firm would be advantageous); Have an understanding of medical schemes industry.
