We are currently looking for a Strong Sous/ Senior Sous Chef for a 5* Private Game Reserve in the Eastern Cape

Requirements:

Necessary tertiary qualifications

Experience in a Senior Sous/ Head Chef position

Fine Dining experience will be an advantage

We are looking for a strong chef that is able to control the kitchen, someone who is flexible to move between the various kitchens and lodges on the Game Reserve

The Game Reserve has very high standards so the successful applicant needs to have experience and high standards of their own, a good work ethic and impeccable workmanship

This position is live in (single accommodation)

You would need to be able to travel for interview and trial shift
