Requirements
• BTech Degree in Structural Engineering
• Good knowledge of AutoCad/Acad Civil 3D
• At least 5 years working as a Structural Engineering designer/detailer in a consulting environment
• Registered or eligible for registration with ECSA

Responsibilities
• Assist engineers with structural analysis and design or reinforced concrete elements- foundations, columns, beams, structural steel frames, roof structures
• Candidate must be proficient un the use of computer programmes Revit and/or Prokon
• Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from structural engineers to ensure that they conform to design standards.
• Site supervision experience in the construction of structural projects-reinforced concrete, structural steel and timber structures.
• The ability to explain structural drawings to contractors, and identify potential delays due to errors or omissions from drawings, and proposed solutions in liaison with the engineer
