REQUIREMENTS

Position Specifications:
Grade 12
A good understanding of Bill of Quantities tender processes
Ability to follow systems and procedures
Ability to build strong relationships with peers
A good knowledge of Microsoft Office – in particular Excel spreadsheets
Good organisational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to read and understand drawing - NB
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure.

Overview of position:
Achieving sales through BOQ tenders
Building relationships with clients, contractors and professional teams
Managing remeasure of BOQ for live projects on a constant basis
Submitting claims for contract draws
Active marketing to grow brand awareness
Managing project costs and budgets in conjunction with Project Co-ordinators
