Independent investment banking and advisory firm with a specific focus on corporate finance, advisory services and financial structuring seeks a STRUCTURED SOLUTIONS ASSOCIATE to join their team in Cape Town.

POSITION PURPOSE:
•To successfully originate, structure and execute transaction opportunities generating sustainable revenue streams for the division
•To identify new opportunity sets and develop solutions, both of a targeted and wider application basis
•To provide research and implementation support for senior dealmakers
•Transactions can entail client specific technology or generic products suitable for the retail or institutional markets. In addition these can be either on or off balance sheet from the division's perspective
•To ensure retention of existing clients and transactions
•To incubate and develop junior team members, ensuring a transfer/duplication of skills

Qualifications & Experience:
- CA (SA) or equivalent legal qualification
- More than 3 years experience in financial services with a legal, tax or accounting background
