Preferred Minimum Experience
Full competence in this role is typically developed over a 1 – 2 year period in FMCG environment on completion of study

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric
• Industrial/Mechanical Engineering Degree
• Project Management Diploma
• Induction into organizations processes and procedures

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge
Knowledge of Engineering and Technology, Engineering Science, Mechanical, Computers and electronics, Knowledge of design techniques, tools, principals involved in production, quality control, and other techniques to maximise the effective manufacture of food and beverage products, Mathematics, Physics, Production and processing, Administration and management, Technical regulations, Health and Safety Practices, Risk management, OHS act, HACCP, ISO, GMP

Skills
Reading and interpret technical drawings, schematics, Implementing operating procedures, Research and analyse manuals, Engineering Science application, Evaluate, install and operate mechanical products or equipment, Feasibility studies, Investigative, Analytical, Ability to use drafting tools, Planning, Troubleshooting, Repairing, Judgement and decision-making, Equipment maintenance, Equipment selection, Operation monitoring, Investigative, Operations analysis
