Facilitate the implementation of the departmental strategic plan in the Student Services Department by
Developing and coordinating the process of implementing action plans aligned to the departmental strategic plan
Monitor and improve the departmental performance by
Generating and analysing the related registration reports created through Freshdesk and communicating the findings with relevant stakeholders
Maintain and improve the individual staff performance by
Communicating and monitoring semester targets appropriate for the Student Administration Support unit within Student Services Department
Augment the quality assurance initiatives related to the operations of the Student Registration Support unit by
Identifying and undertaking training interventions for the Student Registration Support unit in consultation with the Student Services Manager to improve on the quality of student interactions
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service related environment
