Job Intent

Large Mining organisation is seeking to secure the services of a suitably qualified candidate with minimum of 5 years Operational Category management / Commodity management experience and at least 2 years supervisory experience to: manage the execution of an overall strategy to improve costs, service and quality across mine operations and to co-ordinate stakeholders, suppliers and strategic sourcing to achieve performance targets.

Minimum Essential requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7) in Logistics / Supply Chain / Finance / Engineering (Essential)
• A minimum of 5 years )Operational Category management / Commodity management experience (Essential)
• A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience (Essential)
• A valid driver’s licence
• Only RSA Citizens
• Only HDSA candidates – First preference
• African / Indian / Coloured / White females will receive preference
