• 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN AN AUTOMOTIVE ENVIRONMENT PREF LEATHER CUTTING
• KNOWLEDGE OF QA AND ENGINEERING PRINCIPLES
• KNOWLEDGE OF ENVIRONMENTAL PRINCIPLES , SUPERVISORN AND TS 16949
• COMPUTER LITERACY
DUTIES:
? Plan and prepare for daily production as per job cards and planning schedules.
? Control people, equipment, material and resources in order to get optimum output on product and satisfy customer requirements.
? Adhere to quality procedures as per the quality manual.
? Ensure daily volumes and yield targets are achieved.
? Comply with work instructions.
? Ensure that customer quality standards are met via daily feedback.
? Work according to quality management systems ( ISO 9001 & ISO TS 16949 )
? Ensure that the correct leather and cutting knives are allocated to the tables.
? Develop and Control the performance and actions of subordinates at all times.
? Adhere to Safety, Health and Environmental standards.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
? Must have leadership ability.
? Must be a self starter.
? Must have good communication skills.
