The successful candidate must have Grade 12, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in team management (Workshop). Outstanding organizational, analytical and numerical skills. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills. Must be a good communicator (verbal & written), with knowledge of the Health & Safety requirements. Qualified Diesel and motor Mechanic will count in your favour. Sound Knowledge of Scania and Volvo Trucks. Site Tipper, Flat Deck and Taker Experience is essential. Experience on earth moving and fork lifting equipment will be to your advantage.
