The supervisor will be responsible for

Organising workflow ensuring that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks

Monitoring employees time and attendance addressing necessary issues.

Updating management on the production targets addressing production problems

Attending to machine breakdowns with Maintenance Department.

Previous machine operating experience in FMCG industry would be an advantage.
