We require the services of an efficient and proactive Male Supervisor to join our team in a fast paced and energetic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall supervision off guards, guard site inspection, attending to incidents, training guards on site, within the company, as per the guidelines set by the area manager.

As the supervisor you will need to support the company’s overall business objectives by implementing and maintaining continues business improvement strategies to achieve optimal profitability; effective use of the company’s assets and optimisation of human capital.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & POSITION OUTPUTS:
* conducting parade
*transporting guards
* Supervision off guards
*guards on site training
*guard sites inspections
* attending to incidents
* 12 hour shifts
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & EXPIERANCE:
*2 years experience in supervision
* Fire arm competency on business purpose
* Drivers license 2 years and older
* 2 years driving experience
* Psira Grade A, B, C
* Goal & target driven
* Time Management; Planning & Organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Outstanding Customer relations skills
* People skills
* Must be prepared to deal with stressful situations and have the ability to handle pressure
* Ability to handle a number of tasks at one time
* Be able to work accurately
GENERAL:
* RSA citizen
* Own transport
* Valid unendorsed drivers licence
* Clear criminal record
* Good contactable references

OFFER:
* We are offering a CTC of R 5000.00 per month.
