We are looking for a high potential Supply Chain administrator, who would like to learn and grow quickly.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the development of the factory production plan that fits in with key policies and sales forecasts along with the planning of sub-assembly finished good SKUs.
• Assist in the forecasting process
• Assist with implementation of the MRP tool and keeping this updated
• Maintain product planning parameters and keep these updated
• Assist in admin check list for new product launches to ensure all crucial steps are completed
• Create new and Maintain old codes on item master
• Supply chain admin such as matching of GRN’s and Invoices, PO receipts.
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process.
• Report through the Supply Chain manager

Requirements

• Matric essential
• Higher Grade Mathematics
• Tertiary Education or diploma advantageous
• Strong MS excel skills would be beneficial
• Syspro experience would be advantageous
• Position will be based in Amanzimtoti, so own transport would be essential.
