Following up on orders placed
Following up on shipments
Advising branches of order status

Shipping & Logistics:
Requesting shipping docs from the supplier
Assisting with Distributing of shipping documents

Admin:
Checking, sending and following up on receipt of order confirmations
Loading purchase orders
Filing
Keeping Expediting Schedule updated
Handling NCR's

Purpose of job is to provide support to the purchasing, shipping and logistics team.

Own transport would be advantageous.
Grade 12 essential
Basic computer literacy
Basic MS Word & Excel working knowledge
Numeric skills - to do basic calculations
Basic experience working with accounting software
Need to be able to work independently
