Job title: Supply Chain Manager (3 month contract)
Area: Melville – Johannesburg - Gauteng
Commencement of duties: Immediately or ASAP
Salary: R40 000 – R45 000 per month

Main purpose: Supply Chain and Contract Drafting and Vetting experience, Knowledge and application of PMFA, experience in working in Supply Chain and Legal Background .

Requirements:
- Certificate in Procurement
- 4 Years’ experience in procurement, bookkeeping and accounting
- MS Office skills
- Good admin and communication skills
Duties:
Customer KPA’s:
- Develop and maintain external and internal stakeholder relations
Internal processes KPA’s:
- Oversee compliance to procurement process (good governance)
- Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relations
- Oversee cellular phone admin
- Manage fixed asset register (asset audits)
- Oversee fleet control & adherence to guidelines
- Oversee office maintenance in accordance to lease agreement
- Manage and maintain data quality (supplier, tax details etc.)
- Set up, maintain and update creditors’ files (payment verification)
- Ensure compliance to procurement policies and procedures (suppliers/ terms)
- Assist with revision of procurement policies and procedures

Financial KPA’s:
- Supervise and control petty cash provision (signing powers/ recons)
- Perform accounting functions: Company vehicles & expenses monitored
