International Manufacturing Group Seeks Experienced Supply Chain Planning Coordinator
Key Performance Area's

Monitors and suports schedulers in production planning / scheduling process and escalates to local management when needed
Main interface between production planning and AMP planners
Attents daily production planning meeting with schedulers and AMP planners
Replaces schedulers, material controllers, master data administrator in case of abesenteeism
Delivers requested data to AMP controllers and other central bodies - within the scope of responsibilities of the local planning team
Co-ordinates closely with Country Supply Lead, aligns all information about forecasted demand, promotions, and other planned sales activities with plant capacity, resources and production plan. Presents any misalignment in this respect in daily meetings with planners and escalates to managment when required.
Reports potential service cost, inventory, deviations from budget resulting from production plan differences VS budget assumptions (production volume, product mix, batch size, shift pattern) to Plant Financial Controller and local manager
Responsible for the quality of local supply chain Master Data
Responsible for site deilvery tracking
Supports Country Supply Lead in commentries on monthy segmentation performances

Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric
Tertiary degree or diploma in logistics or similiar field
5 to 10 years experience in Supply Chain and Planning
5 years supervisory / management experience
Sales and operations planning (critical)
Customer service orientated
Coordination skills to coperate with internal stakeholders
Process driven, disciplined and structured
Experience in production planning and material supply knowledge
Experience in process development
Experience working on SAP
