CALL CENTRE SUPPORT CONSULTANT

Position Description:

The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver support, excellent customer service and accurate information to QuickBooks desktop and Online, Quick Payroll users and eZ users. Support will be provided telephonically, via fax, email and walk in clients.

Position Requirements:

Suitable candidates must have reasonable knowledge of both accounting and payroll. Previous experience with QuickBooks accounting software will be advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office and computer hardware is essential, while a basic understanding of networking will be beneficial. Solid experience in a customer service environment is necessary.

Suitable candidates will benefit from intensive induction training, which encompasses both product and customer service training.

The candidate will report to the Support Manager.

The successful applicant will display good interpersonal skills and must be able to work effectively in a team environment, as well as under pressure. The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a calm and patient manner will be key traits for success in this role.

Qualifications:

? Matric with Tertiary qualification in basic Accounting or relevant
? PC Literacy including Microsoft literacy such as e-mail and internet, etc.
? Payroll Administration, Tax administration or relevant
