Support Consultant
My client based in East London is seeking an Application Support Consultant
Job Details:
The successful applicant will be responsible for the implementation and support of custom designed software specifically for the motor spares retail & distribution market.
Duties which will be performed remotely or on-site:
Assist and guide organisations to achieve maximum profit and improved controls.
Deconstruct client issues and analyse the various solutions in all regions, via various communication channels
Escalate new feature requests and bugs
Assist the development team in diagnosing and testing the issues
Select and explain the best solution to solving the client’s query, whether it be general system usage, or higher level queries
On-site implementation and training of clients on software
Requirements
The following criteria would be preferred:
•B Com degree/ degree in IS or similar qualification
•Knowledge and prior experience in accounting systems is highly recommended
•Minimum of two years’ experience in similar position
•Analytical and problem solving skills
•Exceptional communication and people skills
•Own Transportation negotiable & Valid Driver’s License
•Willingness to travel nationally
