components and Azure cloud components, Microsoft technology sets, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, etc
Troubleshooting of various 3rd party applications such as Citrix and Mcafee EPO.
Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests using a service management ticket tool and change

Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification - MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, Storage and Hardware (Various)
Must have at least 4 years working exp as Support Engineer working within 3rd level support
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Experience with multiple hardware platforms and operating systems
Must be willing to work extended hours when needed
