Looking for a experienced individual, who is reliable, hardworking and self-motivating, to provide IT support for a large company. You will need to be able to support and maintain the entire IT infastructure, including network, servers and end-users devices for 12 sites and up to 350 users. The ideal candidate needs to be presentable, confident and well-spoken as they will be required to interact with end-users, management and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the company desktop, server & networking infastucture accross multiple sites
- Provide end-user support, ensuring that minimum service levels are maintained
- Implement and complete network upgrades and new installation
Daily Duties will include:
- Daily network and server health checks
- Remote desktop, telephonic and onsite end-user support
- Support, maintenance and troubleshooting of Servers, Desktops, Network switches/cabling, Phones, Wi-Fi, Printers, Backup systems, Anti-malware and Email
Minimum Requirements:
- Recognised IT certification/s
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar IT function and the candidate must be willing to work flexi-hours on a rotational shift basis that may include weekends/public holidays.
- Experience with Windows AD Servers & VMWare
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
