A SUPPORT SERVICE MANAGER is URGENTLY needed in PHALABORWA, Limpopo.
The ideal candidate will be expected to Provide management guidance to:
• HR (audits and development of new processes), Logistics (audits and development of new process flows), Training (develop training schedules and aid training office in development of new training processes).
He/She will also be Responsible for:
? Laydown and stores management;
? Support services – logistics (stock control);
? Training;
? Industrial Relations;
? Employee Relations;
? Performance Management;
? Community;
? Cost;
? Administration
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
? Business Management Diploma.
? Experience working for mining contractors;
? No criminal record;
? Managerial experience;
? Fully literate English and Afrikaans;
? Exploration geology and project management

Salary: R 20 000 – R 30 000 PER MONTH
