They provide telephonic and email support to business clients in a wide variety of industries. The ideal candidate would be flexible, enjoy problem solving, able to work alone and within a team, takes pride in their work and cares about user experience.

Criteria:
One or more certificates in an IT support related field
3 Years’ experience in desktop/mobile support to end users
Intermediate Excel skills
Client satisfaction focused
Enjoy problem solving
Team player
