Support Technician
Established Software development Company is currently seeking to expand their team and is on the lookout for a dynamic candidate who has excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to problem solve effectively and will thrive in a team driven environment.
Requirements:
• Grade 12 / matric
• Relevant Tertiary qualification
• 3 years’ experience in a support environment
• Strong proficiency with Excel
• Experience with software support
• Gaming skills (good skills, but not “too good” preferred)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• First line support (solving inbound queries for known issues)
• New customer setups (importing data and configuring new customer instances)
• Keeping within their SLA times
• Support KAM management for certain companies
