Job Description Based at client Assist the client Service Delivery Manager with the delivery of support services to client . Ensure contracted Service Levels are adhered to by BTG. These include Security, SLA and Uptime targets. Assist with relevant projects as and when required.
The incumbent is expected to develop and apply his knowledge and skills in the day to day running of the site systems. Work with clients and all level of personnel, in both technical and business-related capacity. The ability to communicate both with technical and non-technical people,
Job Requirements Support all client IT systems at relevant client sites.
Support for Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems environment.
Support for Microsoft Active Directory (users, permissions, computers);Ensure that all the documentation and procedures concerning systems are updated and followed.Ensure that daily/weekly/monthly tasks are followed as per the detailed checklists
Liaise with outside vendors ensuring minimum downtime to the client systems.
Supervise work undertaken by hardware, software suppliers and contractors to ensure quality meets and standards.
Ensure relevant documentation for the above is up to date:,
Assist with proof of concept testing when required. Provide input and assist with infrastructure expansion designs and installations.

Daily tasks
Respond to calls logged within SLA; General system calls, Maintenance Tasks, Change Controls and escalations.
Qualification: MCSA or MCSESalary Grade Peromnes Grade 12
