Surveillance Monitoring Duty Manager (Grade A):
Qualifications:
Grade 12, Psira Grade A.
Experience:
5 years’ experience in CCTV control room.
They must also have management experience.
People skills:
• Good public relations.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication (written and verbal).
• Programming skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and requests.
• Ability to cope with pressure.
Technical Skills:
• Good knowledge of MS office.
• Good attention to detail, with ability to note and report any deviations to the rule.
• Good adaptability in a team environment (be a team member).
• Process high concentration abilities for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to operate within 24/7 multi shift environment.
• High level of integrity and honesty.
