Our client is a leading telemarketing/sales company based in Cape Town offering temp/contract and permanent roles for a team of Swedish and French speaking candidates to call businesses in those respective countries.

The role of Telesales/Lead Generation is to identify and qualify new business opportunities by building relationships with potential mid-tier to enterprise size prospects via the telephone, e-mail and web. The role carries the responsibility of generating and managing sales opportunities, building and maintaining pipeline nurtures for the client. The position reports directly to the Program Manager.

Requirements:
• Must have telesales outbound / inbound experience, targeting the IT or Technology industry
• Must demonstrate proven track record in achieving inbound/outbound sales targets
• Experience in CRM / Databases
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications, Internet navigation and contact management software
• Experience in relation building, social networking, team player
• Good time management and organisational skills
