Swedish Customer Care Agent - Cape Town

Salary dependant on experience, Plus Bonus on performance. 
We are a dynamic, fast moving, leading edge company based in Green Point and have an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about customer services and who has exceptional Swedish communication skills to provide an inbound support role to international clients.
Essential Requirements:
1) Excellent communications skills in Swedish both written and verbal
2) Previous experience in customer service
3) Ability to problem solve
4) Ability to work under pressure
5) Positive attitude
6) Computer literate (Internet, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
8) Must work well within a team
Duties will include:
1)Respond to client queries in a professional manner via email, telephone and live chat
2) Ensuring clients’ needs are met - where  possible;
3) Encouraging continued business;
4) Generating re-newed business from lapsed clients;
5) Identifying when client should be rewarded;
6) Building relationships with clients;
7) Managing client accounts using in-house systems (training provided)
8) The ideal candidate will be happy to work shifts on a rotational basis 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am.
