Your key job responsibilities as the Swedish speaking Customer Service Associate in Cape Town, South Africa will include:

- Respond to customer queries via email
- Meet or exceed quality and productivity goals assigned by management
- Demonstrate clear and polite written and oral communication
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour and portrays the company in a positive light
- Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency for reviews and email response times and service levels
- Follow company policies and processes in order to process customer requests appropriately

- Use customer service tools in order to provide an accurate response and an exceptional customer experience
- Escalate customer issues appropriately and correctly. Demonstrate timely, accurate and professional customer service
- Exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond all other duties as assigned

Requirements for this Swedish speaking Customer Service Associate job in Cape Town, South Africa:

- Able to read, comprehend and understand Swedish
- Proficient in English both written and verbal skills
- Matric or equivalent to a NQF 4 qualification
- 1+ year of relevant customer service experience
- Internet navigation and troubleshooting Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and MS Office applications
