OUTPUTS
• Design and document new applications through packaged and customized
applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications
• Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces for ease of
use.
• Supporting the existing applications
• Develop applications for any new technologies.
• Coordinate and manage the integration of new components (software and hardware)
into existing architectures from different vendors
• Common architecture and formulation of development methodologies across all
platforms - Web, mobile
• Recommend technical solutions for business initiatives within defined architectures
• Drive all enhancements through the Systems Development Life Cycle
• Coordinate and manage outputs from the Analysts, Solutions Architect, QA, UAT ITD
and 3rd party deliverables.
• End to end delivery management of system enhancements through to Production
• Monitor progress, maintain tracker, escalate issues if/when required
• Translate business models and application architectures into operational
requirements/solutions
• Develop and implement strategies for improving of further leveraging of existing
systems/applications
• Ensure prioritised system changes are delivered on time
• Input into training materials for end-users
• Maintain technical documentation of System changes
• Technical training of Service desk staff on new systems or changes to existing
systems
COMPETENCIES
Functional
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related experience
• Must possess superior skills in ColdFusion 7 +
• Must possess superior skills in SQL
• Must possess strong skills in Object Oriented ColdFusion Development
• Must possess strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server 2005
• Minimum of three years of ColdFusion experience
• Experience with hardware and software issues
• Project management

• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Flash video/animation experience a plus
