To provide professional training to our clients on the Excalibur system. Ability to interact with different clients at all levels and to establish client requirements in context of problem solving or assistance.

Responsibilities:

• User and admin training, handholding during go-live
• Booking of training at clients as well as in-house training
• Responsibility of updating the manuals, orders and stock control, issuing of certificates
• Interaction with FutureSoft Clients on all levels; training, advice, general inquiries and feedback to business, contact sessions
• Ability to do comprehensive QA testing and formulate training material for end user
• Test material for grading purposes
• Understanding clients business and processes.
• Transfer of knowledge into other departments in order to share project information
• High standard of professionalism and integrity
• Strong work ethic
• Respecting the company's work ethics and the employees around you, always project a positive attitude to fellow employees and clients

Travelling locally and internationally

Key Requirements:

• Application training knowledge

• MS Office knowledge
• Valid driver’s license

Debt collection knowledge is a plus
