• Install, configure and maintain.
• Perform administration tasks.
• Adhere to defined procedures.
• Perform 1st level support.
• Perform service-desk function.
• Investigating, diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving of incidents.

Implementation of tasks and projects
• Assist in R&D
• Perform signed off implementation tasks.
• Perform BCP tasks.
