Qualifications:

At least two year’s client support in a software solution support environment (e.g. pastel, afrihost etc) or a technical system support role - if possible in an accounting or collections environment
Mature- can resolve problems and take initiative
Good communication skills - positive problem solver
Provide software support to users
Preferably have accounting or collections background or knowledge
Strong administrative competencies
