Qualifications and experience required

? 2 years’+ exp in a similar position
? Exp of budget, financial controls & reporting
? Good understanding of FMCG in & outbound supply chains
? Advanced knowledge of related business processes & critical control points

Educational
Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or Industrial Engineering related degree or diploma

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
1. Project Management
? Document project scope documents
? Compile SCM related project plans
? Manage SCM project matrix
? Complete post implementation analysis

2. System Compliance
? Ensure effective use of Accellos system in line with Standard Business Procedures (regular analysis & reviews)
? (Tracks & submits solutions for service/system issues based on analysis)
? Ensure appropriate security measures are in place
? Assist with (uniformed) master data creation & maintenance
? Manage input & reporting on operational performance index measure
? Be designated Accellos process business owner & facilitate documentation completion
? Assist in facilitation of business’ system change requests with Group IT

3. System Compliance
? Identify current business challenges
? Conduct Accellos super user training
? Identify & document gaps in business processes
? Lead in performing changes, testing, training & business process documentation
? Assist with Data analysis & reporting requirements
? Provide on-site support as required (new & existing facilities)
