Who are we looking for:
- We are looking for a Code Artisan a complete unicorn.
- We are using and developing technology at the forefront of the field and we need someone competent, interested and excited about it as we are.
- Essentially this is someone who can do it all, we need someone who can contribute from the get go and not need a pat on the back every five minutes
- The ideal candidate will be well versed in all technologies, they will love code algorhythms to the point where they want to find a solution to a problem through their code.
- Ultimately a coding problem solver.
- This is also a position that requires the person to be cognoscente of Architectural principles.
- Much like a systems analyst would be.
- There must be a understanding of coding hardware- someone who loves re-programming hardware in their spare time even if it’s not what they do on a daily basis.
- We need a go getter- someone who lives, breathes and studies code.
- We need someone who is happy to do everything, not arrogant and not expecting the world with their coding.
