Hi,

We are currently looking for an Systems Engineer to be based at our Centurion office.

You will be responsible for:

Answer customer queries prior to sales
Assist with project plans and network diagrams together, ensuring that potential pitfall areas are addressed and dealt with
Accompany the sales or pre sales persons to customer meetings to field technical queries
Understand the technical value proposition of our products
Provide post-sales technical support at a mid-level (level 1 problem management) to resellers and end users where relevant
Escalate to vendors where necessary, and follow through on escalated support queries

Min Requirements
CCNA, A+, N+, Networking qualifications
Solid understanding of Security.
Experience in assisting the sales team during client meetings to provide technical knowledge.
