SYSTEMS TRAINER - NELSPRUIT:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- Certificate / Diploma
- Advanced Excel
- Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG / Hospitality industry
- IT qualification on system administration
- Must have experience on Online or Internet Sales
MAIN DUTIES:
- Loading contracts onto system
- Maintaining of sales reports and contracts and all other background data
- Keeping customer information confidential at all times
- Report on supplier promotions
- Contribute positively towards achievement of sales team
- Update data sheet used for quotations
- Assist with contract queries
- General Filing duties
- Perform administration duties for the Sales management team
- Daily Sales Reporting
- Train, promote and assist reps in selling benefits of the system to customers
- Training of customers and assuring that the branch reach their budgeted % on sales and payments online
- Be in constant contact with external and internal customers
- Training and setting up of the targeted customers’ sales with
the particular Sales Consultants
- Assist customers and Sales Consultants with any technical or
general challenges or queries
- Give regular accurate reporting on the progress/tracking of the
sales
- Take part in stock take
- Releasing of orders
SALARY PACKAGE:
- R10,000 + Petrol Card + Medical Aid + Provident Fund
