Our successful Tables Shift Managers…

• Enhance customer experience so that they are encouraged to play and return
• Resolve conflict among staff and customers
• Implement and ensure compliance with table security efficiencies
• Maintain effective systems and gaming at the tables
• Generate reports from the gaming systems as required
• Implement training programmes for staff
• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately
• Stay abreast of changes and practices on an ongoing basis
• Maximise opportunities for profit

If you have these qualifications, join our client’s team: Matric, verbal and written English Skills (NQF4), Numeracy skills (NQF 4), RPL, demonstrated leadership skills and at least two years’ experience as a Tables Pit Manager.
