Applicants are invited to apply for the above-mentioned vacancy that exists in the Human Resource Division. The incumbent will be responsible for the entire recruitment process. Supporting the commercial pharma business talent needs across Sales, Marketing & Operations.
Job Description:
• Recruitment and Selection
• Responsible for all recruitment from sourcing, interviewing and appointing of a successful candidate
• Use appropriate sourcing strategies e.g. LinkedIn , referral and In-house database
• Develop a database of prospective candidates to feed into the talent pipeline
• Provide training to hiring managers on appropriate interviewing techniques
• Manage the referral scheme
• Manage the recruitment process
• Transformation: Ensure diversity is supported appropriately at all levels of hiring in partnership with Line managers within the business
• Apply a commercial mind-set to ensure that recruitment is delivered in the most efficient and cost effective way while achieving hiring excellence and an unparalleled candidate experience
Reporting
• Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting on Recruitment spend, EE, Time to fill and source of appointments
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment
Graduate Programme
• Co-ordinate the entire Graduate Programme from start to end, by consulting with various Universities with regard to booking of Career Fairs.
• Identifying potential graduates for our Graduate Programme and build a graduate database
• Recruitment of graduates for various internships within the business

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS & Experience
• A Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
