Our client is seeking an experienced Talent and Performance Management Specialist to join their team on a 12 month FTC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management and talent management interventions.
Must have:
• Hons in HR Management/Industrial Psychology
• Exposure to Project Management processes and software
• At least 8 years HR experience of which a minimum of 5 years specialising in performance management and talent management
• Advanced computer literacy
• A proven track record in delivering successful talent management and performance management interventions
• Five years experience in the balance scorecard methodology
• Ability to write comprehensive and analytical technical reports
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to staff at difference levels
